• To send you a one-time email containing your full results and personalised recommendations.
• If you opted in, to send you ongoing sleep and wellness guidance via email — including natural approaches to better rest and information about products that may support your sleep goals. Every email includes a clear unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling beyond the quiz result, or any purpose other than what is described above.

3. Cookies & tracking

This site does not use any cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. We do not track your behaviour, serve targeted advertising, or share your data with third-party ad networks. The only data stored is the information you voluntarily submit through the quiz form.

4. Data storage

Your quiz answers and email address are stored securely in a database. Your email and results are processed through Resend, our email delivery provider, solely for the purpose of sending you your sleep report.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email we send.
